PRG Faces Shareholder Intervention in Judicial Management Order

PRG (KLSE:PRG) said the High Court has set out directions for proceedings after shareholders filed a notice to intervene in its judicial management order application, according to a Tuesday Bursa Malaysia filing.

The company, which has appointed interim judicial managers, received the intervention notice on Sept. 15 ahead of the judicial management order hearing fixed for Sept. 21.

The court directed PRG to file its affidavit in reply by Oct. 12, while the intervening shareholders must file theirs by Oct. 26.
