Predictive Discovery (ASX:PDI) changed its name to PDI Gold upon obtaining shareholder approval, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The name change will be effective on the Australian Securities Exchange from Sept. 9 and is expected to align with the Toronto Stock Exchange, the filing said.
The company's ticker code will remain "PDI" on both the ASX and TSX, per the filing.
Shares fell past 2% in morning trade Monday.
