Powerwell Subsidiary Bags Two Purchase Orders Worth MYR190 Million

Powerwell International, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Powerwell Holdings (KLSE:PWRWELL) has secured two purchase orders worth 190.4 million ringgit from an undisclosed technology company specializing in data centers, according to a Monday filing to the Malaysian stock exchange.

Powerwell's shares were up nearly 1% in Tuesday's trade.

The contracts cover the supply and delivery of low-voltage switchgear and related equipment, to be fulfilled by the financial year ending March 31, 2028.

The orders are expected to contribute positively to Powerwell's consolidated earnings and net assets from the financial year ending March 31, 2027, until the financial year ending March 31, 2028.
