Power Grid Corp. of India (NSE:POWERGRID, BOM:532898) appointed Amol Babulal Taori director of finance and chief financial officer, effective Aug. 20.
Following Taori's appointment, Venkata Subrahamanayam Vallurie, chief general manager of finance and accounts, has ceased to be CFO, the company said in a Thursday filing on Indian bourses.
