Posco Holdings (KRX:005490) filed Form SD with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (U.S. SEC) disclosing payments made to governments in 2025 for the commercial development of oil, natural gas, and minerals, according to a Monday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The disclosure covers four projects--the Sal de Oro lithium project in Argentina, Malaysia's PM524 offshore oil and gas project, Indonesia's Bunga offshore oil and gas project, and Australia's Atlas, Roma North and Range gas projects, the filing said.
The disclosure reports total government payments by project, government department and payment type. All amounts are reported in U.S. dollars based on the 2025 year-end exchange rate and represent total project payments without adjusting for Posco Holdings' equity ownership, it said.
Shares of Posco fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
