Porch Swings to Earnings in Q2 as Sales Jump; Sets FY2026 Revenue Outlook; Shares Surge Premarket

Porch Group (PRCH) reported Q2 earnings late Wednesday of $0.05 per diluted share, compared with no earnings a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.03.

Revenue for the quarter that ended June 30 was $140.9 million, up from $126.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $122.3 million.

Setting the Porch-owned segments' full-year 2026 financial outlook, the company said it expects revenue of $506 million to $517 million. Analysts expect $504.4 million.

Shares of the company traded over 18% higher in premarket activity Thursday.
