Pony AI Unveils L4 Autonomous Truck With GAC Commercial Vehicle

Pony AI (HKG:2026) unveiled a new Level 4 autonomous heavy-duty truck developed with GAC Commercial Vehicle, a unit of Guangzhou Automobile Group (SHA:601238, HKG:2238), at IAA Transportation 2026, according to a Monday press release.

Built on GAC Commercial Vehicle's T9 battery-electric truck platform, the new model is scheduled to enter volume production later this year and will be deployed in long-haul freight, dedicated-route logistics and port transportation.

The truck features a fully redundant autonomous driving system with nine lidars, three millimeter-wave radars, and 13 cameras, according to the statement.

Pony AI also plans to enter European and Middle Eastern markets over the next two years.

Orora Chief Safety, Sustainability, Governance Officer to Step Down at End of Year

Orora (ASX:ORA) said Ann Stubbings plans to step down as chief safety, sustainability, and governance officer, effective Dec. 31, after more than 13 years with the packaging products firm, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.In addition, Susannah Jobling Hodgens will be appointed as chief legal officer, the company said. Market Chatter: Korea Exchange to Extend Trading Hours till 8PM

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
