Poly Developments and Holdings' (SHA:600048) attributable profit fell 41% to 1.96 billion yuan in the first half from 3.31 billion yuan, after adjustments, in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Earnings per share at the real estate company decreased to 0.16 yuan from 0.28 yuan in the prior-year period.
Operating revenue declined 12% year over year to 102.9 billion yuan from 116.9 billion yuan.
Company shares slipped 2% during afternoon trading on Thursday.
