PNC Infratech's Fiscal Q4 Consolidated Net Profit Rises

PNC Infratech (NSE:PNCINFRA, BOM:539150) posted an increase in its consolidated net profit to 1.08 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 against 754.8 million rupees a year ago.

Earnings per share grew to 4.20 rupees compared with 2.94 rupees, according to a Tuesday filing on Indian bourses.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4, however, fell to 16.2 billion rupees from 17.0 billion rupees a year earlier.

The company recommended a final dividend of 0.60 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.

Shenzhen Expressway (SHA:600548, HKG:0548) plans to issue on Tuesday 1 billion yuan in three-year medium-term bonds to repay maturing debts, according to a Monday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Payment is scheduled for May 20, with listing and trading on the interbank market set for May 21.Lead underwriters are China CITIC Bank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.Shares of the toll road operator rose 1% in recent trade on the Shanghai bourse.
