PM Capital Global Opportunities Fund (ASX:PGF) is looking to raise up to about AU$175 million through a non-underwritten share placement and an additional up to AU$20 million via a follow-on share purchase plan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The placement involves the issue of up to 57 million new shares to wholesale and sophisticated investors at a price of AU$3.07 each.
Following the placement's completion, the company plans to launch the share purchase plan for existing eligible shareholders to acquire up to AU$30,000 worth of new shares at the same price, per the filing. The share purchase plan is due to open on Aug. 21 and close on Sept. 7.
Proceeds from the offerings will be invested in line with the company's existing investment strategy, it said.
