Planet Labs PBC's Germany Unit Signs Launch Deal With Isar Aerospace

Planet Labs PBC's (PL) Planet Labs Germany unit said Thursday that it has signed a strategic launch agreement with Isar Aerospace.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, Isar Aerospace will launch one of Planet's next-generation high-resolution Pelican satellites, with more satellites planned for future launches.

The company said the satellite is scheduled to fly on Isar Aerospace's Spectrum launch vehicle as early as late 2026 and will launch from Isar Aerospace's dedicated launch complex at Andoya Space in Norway.
