Pinnacle Investment Management Group (ASX:PNI) secured regulatory approvals from the UK Financial Conduct Authority and the Dubai Financial Services Authority to acquire the remaining more than 79% stake in Pacific Asset Management, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The approvals have satisfied the remaining conditions precedent for the transaction, so the completion of the acquisition is now expected to take place on Friday, the filing added.
