Pilbara Gold (ASX:PGL) said all conditions precedent in its Mineral Rights Agreement with PLS Group (ASX:PLS), entered into in October 2025, have now been satisfied at its 2.1 million-ounce Mt York gold project in Western Australia, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it now owns mineral rights, excluding lithium and tantalum, to three PLS exploration licences and one application covering 367 square kilometers of neighboring prospective greenstone geology at Mt York.
Pilbara Gold will start a large airborne electromagnetic survey over the greater Mt York region to define new targets over nearby prospective geology, the filing added.
The company's shares rose 6% in recent Monday trade.
