Perpetua Resources Shares Rise After Gold, Antimony, Tungsten Discoveries in Idaho Project

By

Perpetua Resources (PPTA) shares rose more than 6% in premarket activity Friday after the company said that exploratory drilling revealed significant, high-grade gold, antimony and tungsten results between the Yellow Pine and West End reserve pits in Valley County, Idaho.

The results showed that there are further opportunities to grow and unlock the 3.1 million ounces of indicated and inferred gold resources and 99.8 million pounds of antimony resources that are located outside current reserves, the company said.

Perpetua said it has also submitted proposals seeking US grant funding to undertake drilling, sampling, metallurgical analysis and resource evaluation due to the discovery of high-grade antimony and tungsten in certain areas of the Hangar Flats deposit of the Stibnite mining district.
