Pentair (PNR) shares offer "clear value" as it has the ability to course-correct on its pool segment product management amid bullish prospects for its flow and water solutions businesses, Oppenheimer said in a Thursday research report.
The company's pool segment volume declined by 46% in Q2 due to admitted missteps, but the company is positioning for a robust 2027 EBITDA inflection, supported by alignment of pool sell-in and sell-through and Taco Group contribution, analysts wrote.
Management indicated that the flow and water solutions segments are tracking 2026 estimates, including a step-up in H2 growth, with momentum likely to sustain into next year, accoridng to the note.
Oppenheimer reiterated its outperform rating on the stock with price target of $94 per share.
