Pennar Industries to Invest Additional INR58 Million in Joint Venture Company

Precision engineering company Pennar Industries (NSE:PENIND, BOM:513228) has agreed to invest an additional 58 million Indian rupees in its joint venture company, ZAP91 Solar India, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

The investment is expected to be completed by June 30.

ZAP91 Solar plans to use this funding to complete its module manufacturing plant, including commissioning and commencement of commercial production.

Pennar holds a 45% stake in the joint venture company, which will focus on the manufacturing and sale of solar modules.

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels' (NSE:PARKHOTELS, BOM:544111) attributable income in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31 declined sharply to 118.8 million Indian rupees from 265.8 million rupees a year ago.Earnings per share contracted to 0.56 rupees from 1.25 rupees a year earlier, the hospitality company said in a filing to the Indian stock exchanges.Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4, however, increased to 1.84 billion rupees from 1.77 billion rupees a year ago.The company's board recommended a final dividend of 0.75 rupees per fully paid-up equity share of face value 1 rupee each for the financial year 2025-26.
