Parker-Hannifin (PH) said Thursday it has closed the buyout of Filtration Group.
Filtration Group will likely add about $1.80 billion to Parker-Hannifin's fiscal 2027 sales in the first 10.5 months of ownership, Parker-Hannifin said.
The buyout will likely be neutral to adjusted earnings in fiscal Q1 2027 and accretive to adjusted earnings for fiscal 2027, the company added.
