PARK24's Fiscal H1 Profit Soars 495%

PARK24's (TYO:4666) profit attributable to owners of the parent soared 495% to 29.7 billion yen in the fiscal first half from 4.98 billion yen a year earlier.

The parking management company's net income per share increased to 160.25 yen from 26.68 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Monday.

Net sales rose 4.6% to 202.3 billion yen for the six months ended April 30 from 193.4 billion yen in the prior-year period.

For the year ending Oct. 31, the company expects attributable profit of 44 billion yen, net income per share of 257.76 yen, and net sales of 411 billion yen.

PARK24 plans to pay a final dividend of 65 yen per share, higher than the 30 yen per share paid last year.

Klevo Rewards (ASX:KLV) said it plans to launch a trial of its KLVAUD Australian dollar-backed stablecoin by June 30, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The company's Fly Wallet subsidiary received legal advice indicating that the stablecoin may qualify as an eligible stablecoin under the current regulatory framework, subject to conditions, per the filing.KLVAUD is planned to be fully backed one-to-one by Australian dollars held in segregated reserve accounts, and aims to support Fly Wallet's broader payments system, the company said.Klevo Rewards shares fell 4% in recent Monday trade.

Bio-Thera Solutions Gets Europe's Results on On-Site Inspection

Bio-Thera Solutions (SHA:688177) received the results of the European Union's inspection of its Yonghe manufacturing facility, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Monday.The French National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products conducted an inspection on the site between Feb. 4 and Feb. 12.The European Medicines Agency handed a GMP or good manufacturing practice certificate to the company after the factory's drug substance operations passed regulatory standards.
