Paramount Skydance Extends Expiration Dates of Exchange Offers, Tender Offers

Paramount Skydance (PSKY) said Monday it has extended the expiration dates of its offers to buy for cash several notes issued by Discovery Global, formerly WarnerMedia, and Discovery Communications, as well as offers to exchange notes of the same issuers, to Aug. 28.

Settlement dates for the offers are expected in Q3, the company said.

Paramount said it anticipates extending the expiration dates until a time that would result in the settlement dates happening on or shortly after the closing of its planned acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD).
