Palladyne AI (PDYN) subsidiary has received a $2.3 million contract to deploy its BRAIN flight computer and FLEX flight software framework in support of a counter-drone interceptor system, the company said Monday.
The contract covers the direct sale of BRAIN hardware and related software capabilities, with the potential for follow-on production orders, the company said.
Shares were down around 1.6% in afternoon trading.

Eon Resources (EONR) and its wholly owned subsidiary, LH Operating, provided an update on a Sept. 9 transaction, under which one or more subsidiaries of Virtus Energy Partners will drill up to 92 horizontal wells in the San Andres formation across Eon's 13,700 leasehold acres in the Grayburg-Jackson field in Eddy County, New Mexico, according to a statement Friday.Eon said it will release results of the newly drilled horizontal wells in Q1, after all 2026 horizontal wells are drilled.
