Pacific Radiance Allots, Issues Shares Upon Exercise of Warrants

Pacific Radiance (SGX:RXS) allotted and issued 6,183 shares pursuant to the exercise of warrants, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

Following the allotment and issuance of the new shares, the offshore marine services company's share capital has increased to 1.46 billion shares, excluding treasury shares.

The new shares will be listed and quoted on May 28.
