Pacific Century Regional Developments (SGX:P15) recorded an attributable loss of SG$16.1 million in the first half of 2026, 32% narrower than SG$23.9 million a year prior.
Loss per share stood at SG$0.0061, compared with SG$0.009 previously, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore bourse.
Revenue remained largely unchanged at SG$1.7 million in the year-ago period.
The company declared an interim cash dividend of SG$0.0179 per ordinary share.
