Pa Shun International's Winding-Up Hearing Adjourned by Hong Kong Court

The hearing of a winding-up petition against Pa Shun International (HKG:0574) was adjourned to Oct. 21 by the Hong Kong High Court, a Wednesday filing showed.

According to the petition filed by an unnamed party, the company allegedly failed to pay the principal on an HK$8 million loan that matured in November 2024.

The loan had accrued HK$326,000 in interest as of December 2025, a previous filing showed.

Trading in the company's shares, which was suspended July 2, remains suspended.
