Pa Shun International Holdings (HKG:0574) has received a winding-up petition filed by an unnamed party in the Hong Kong High Court, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
The petitioner claims Pa Shun failed to pay the principal on an HK$8 million loan that matured in November 2024. The loan had accrued HK$326,000 in interest as of December 2025, the filing said.
The pharmaceutical distributor said it is working with its legal team to address the petition and may seek a validation order from the court.
Trading in Pa Shun's shares remains suspended, the company added.
