Outcrop Silver & Gold Obtains 17.87% Stake in Applied Graphite Technologies

Outcrop Silver & Gold (OCG.V) now holds a 17.87% stake in Applied Graphite Technologies' (AGT.V) issued and outstanding common shares following a share acquisition, the company said late on Friday.

Under a share exchange transaction that closed on May 22, Outcrop acquired 15 million AGT common shares at a price of C$0.10 per share. Prior to the transaction, Outcrop held no securities of AGT.

Outcrop acquired the AGT shares for investment purposes and plans to review its investment in the company on a continuing basis.

The common shares were issued from the treasury of AGT.
