Osmond Resources (ASX:OSM) said a maiden mineral resource estimate for its Orión EU critical mineral project in Spain is expected over the coming four weeks, with the flow sheet and recovery assumptions for the two million tonne per annum scoping study completed, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company said relatively high grades of zircon, rutile, magnetic rare earths and yttrium oxide are expected to deliver a "compelling" initial scoping study, with the study remaining on track for completion in the current quarter.
The company's shares fell 5% in recent Friday trade.
