Orix JREIT (TYO:8954) has arranged over 10.6 billion yen in new debt financing through four lenders to refinance existing loans, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The Norinchukin Bank's 3 billion yen sustainability-linked loan carries a fixed rate of 2.292%, with interest rate terms tied to achieving pre-set sustainability performance targets.
The Yamaguchi Bank's 1 billion yen loan carries a fixed rate of 2.408%, while The Bank of Fukuoka and MUFG Bank's loans of 3.5 billion yen and 3.12 billion yen, respectively, carry floating rates.
The new loans are scheduled to be drawn down Sept. 24, with repayment dates range from September 2029 to September 2035.
