Ora Banda Mining (ASX:OBM) is well capitalized, well resourced, and strategically positioned to unlock further value from its highly prospective land package in fiscal 2027, Euroz Hartleys said in a Thursday note.
The company started underground mining at the Waihi deposit, located three kilometers west of its Davyhurst processing plant in Western Australia. Waihi will be the third underground ore source which the firm has brought online over the preceding three years.
Golden Pole and Waihi could be an important contributor to the new processing facility at Davyhurst, Euroz Hartleys said.
The pending maiden mineral resource estimate for the Little Gem prospect in Western Australia as a key near-term catalyst, the investment firm said, adding that the initial resource is expected to be released during the September quarter.
The investment firm reiterated its buy rating and AU$2.10 price target on Ora Banda Mining.
The gold producer's shares were down almost 5% in recent Friday trade.
