Optimum Communications (ATUS) agreed to a multiyear distribution deal with A+E Global Media to continue offering the network's channels to its users.
The contract ensures television subscribers in 21 states maintain access to A+E's complete linear portfolio, Optimum said Thursday in a statement.
The agreement also creates new collaboration opportunities for both companies across advertising and distribution.

Everpure (P) said late Wednesday it reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 adjusted operating income guidance of $940 million to $960 million on revenue of $5.03 billion to $5.07 billion.Analysts polled by FactSet expect $959.8 million and $5.05 billion, respectively.The company also expects fiscal 2028 adjusted operating income of $1.7 billion to $1.9 billion on revenue of $7 billion to $7.3 billion.Analysts expect $1.32 billion and $6.19 billion, respectively.Shares of Everpure rose about 7% during after-hours trading.
