oOh!media Amends Superior Proposal Definition in I Squared Capital Scheme Agreement Following ASIC Discussions

oOh!media (ASX:OML) agreed with BidCo, an entity owned by I Squared Capital, to amend the definition of Superior Proposal in their scheme implementation agreement following discussions with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said the amendment applies the 3% value threshold for competing transactions made by parties who entered into a confidentiality agreement with oOh!media to a four-week period from the date of the scheme implementation agreement on Aug. 10.
