Ondas (ONDS) said Monday it completed its previously announced acquisition of Cyberhawk, a provider of drone inspection services, visual data management and artificial intelligence-powered asset intelligence systems for critical infrastructure operators.
The company said in June that it agreed to acquire Cyberhawk for about $125 million.
Shares of Ondas were up more than 3% in Monday trading.
