Okta (OKTA) agreed to acquire cloud-native identity security platform Permiso Security.
Permiso's technology will add identity-focused threat detection, better insight into AI-agent behavior, and automated response tools, Okta said Thursday in a statement.
Financial details weren't disclosed.
The transaction is set to close in Okta's fiscal Q3.
