Oji Holdings (TYO:3861) returned to an attributable profit of 3.16 billion yen in the first quarter of fiscal 2026, compared with an attributable loss of 5.16 billion yen a year earlier.
Basic earnings per share came in at 3.68 yen, compared with a loss per share of 5.57 yen a year earlier, according to a Wednesday Tokyo Stock Exchange filing.
Net sales rose 2.4% to 468.5 billion yen from 457.4 billion yen.
For the first half of the fiscal year, the company expects net sales of 950 billion yen, attributable profit of 6 billion yen and basic EPS of 6.60 yen. For the full year ending March 31, 2027, it continues to expect net sales of 1.94 trillion yen, attributable profit of 35 billion yen and basic EPS of 38.47 yen.
Oji expects to pay dividend of 36 yen for the full fiscal year.
