Elsa (KLSE:ELSA) is seeking to raise 27.3 million ringgit via an IPO on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia.
The oilfield services company's IPO entails a public issue of 118.4 million new shares at 0.23 ringgit each, as well as an offer for sale of 36.4 million shares, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
Proceeds will be used for expansion, to boost working capital, and to pay off expenses, it said.
