Octave Intelligence (OCTV) Q2 results were "solid" and generally in-line, RBC Capital Markets said in a note Wednesday following the company's first report as a public company.
The note said there was some noise on perpetual license deals delaying, which resulted in lower 2026 organic revenue outlook.
"We believe underlying core business trends remain consistent
and this is a timing issue," the report said.
The implied Q4 acceleration of recurring revenue looks achievable, especially in light of improving monthly subscription licenses, the report said.
RBC kept its sector perform rating and a $21 price target as the firm executes its organizational and product-related changes.
