OceanScape International's (SGX:V2Y) subsidiary, SeaScape Energy, agreed to purchase solar photovoltaic mounting systems and related accessories for 2.3 million yuan, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The purchase will be made from China's Shandong Ruixuechang International Trading, with payment due in cash within 30 days of delivery.
The renewable and sustainable energy generation company will fund the purchase through interest-free loan facilities of up to SG$20 million, extended by Executive Chairman Lang Jinjun.
