Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. or OCBC (SGX:O39), filed for the listing of 1 billion pounds floating rate covered bonds due 2029 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Aug. 20, the filing said.

Postal Savings Bank of China (HKG:1658, SHA:601658) or PSBC redeemed 50 billion yuan worth of Tier 2 capital bonds, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.The 10-year bonds represented the first tranche of a 60 billion yuan Tier 2 capital bond tranche issued in August 2021.The lender had the right to redeem the bonds at the end of the fifth year, exercising that option to fully redeem the 50 billion yuan portion.
