Producer manufacturing shares gained the most on New Zealand's Exchange, rising over 3% by midday Wednesday.
Shares of Scott Technology (NZE:SCT) were up more than 5% in recent trade.
The company on Wednesday said it is set to expand its global BladeStop safety technology as it pursues its Destination 2030 strategy, with the Protein Domain targeting annual revenue of NZ$165 million by fiscal 2030, more than double its NZ$69.4 million fiscal 2025 result.
Meanwhile, shares of the consumer services sector fell almost 1%.
Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand (NZE:MCK) was down past 2% in recent trade.
