Nuvation Bio's (NUVB) Q2 results will be an important checkpoint for Ibtrozi's commercial launch as it transitions to a "more durable, frontline-driven growth profile," with investors eyeing revenue variability, Wedbush said in a note Tuesday.
The brokerage said it expects quarterly revenue to become "materially more predictable" over the coming quarters, as the mix continues to skew toward treatment-naive patients with median duration of response of about four years.
The firm forecasts Q2 Ibtrozi revenue of $22.2 million, up 20% sequentially, and full-year 2026 revenue of $122.3 million. Wedbush also noted that safusidenib remains an "underappreciated long-term value driver."
The firm reiterated its outperform rating on the stock with $11 price target.
