Numans Health Food (HKG:2530) proposed obtaining a shareholder mandate to dispose of up to 4 million shares of technology giant Lenovo Group (HKG:0992) shares held by the company during a 12-month period, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The nutritional products company said the possible disposals would be conducted on the open market based on prevailing market conditions.
The company said proceeds from the possible disposals will be used for general working capital.
Numans Health Food shares experienced a 6% decline, whereas Lenovo Group's shares saw a nearly 8% increase in recent trading.
