entered into a power purchase agreement with PTC India (NSE:PTC, BOM:532524) under a bilateral arrangement, according to a Friday filing with the Indian stock exchanges.
The pact entails the sale of 1,200 MW of solar power to promote clean and sustainable energy in India, the company said.
