NSL (SGX:N02) reported profit attributable to equity holders of SG$23.1 million and sales of SG$385.9 million for the full fiscal year ended June 30.
The Singapore-listed industrial and environmental services company's Wednesday earnings report did not provide 12-month year-over-year comparisons as it changed its fiscal year-end to June 30 from Dec. 31 to align practices with YTL Cement, its controlling shareholder.
NSL proposed a final dividend of SG$0.03 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the annual general meeting scheduled on or around Oct. 28.
