NRW Holdings Unit Secures AU$115 Million Melbourne Data Center Contract

NRW Holdings' (ASX:NWH) wholly owned subsidiary Fredon secured an around AU$115 million first-stage design and construct mechanical contract for Stack Data Centers' MEL03 hyperscale data center in Melbourne, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The off-site fabrication works are scheduled to run from September to March 2028 and will support the delivery of mechanical systems for 432 megawatts of the 864-megawatt campus, per the filing.

The award is part of a broader about AU$300 million package of works for which Fredon has been named the preferred contractor, with completion expected in 2028, the filing added.

Carimin Petroleum Raises Stake in Sealink International to 25.3%

Carimin Petroleum (KLSE:CARIMIN) acquired a 5.8% stake in Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) for 9.9 million ringgit in cash, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.The acquisition involved 29.1 million shares bought at 0.34 ringgit each, between Sept. 18 and Sept. 22.Following the acquisition, Carimin's stake in Sealink rose to 25.3% from 19.5%, making Sealink an associate company.Carimin Petroleum said the acquisition was part of its ongoing investment strategy.The deal was funded through internally generated funds and does not require shareholder or regulatory approval, the filing said.
