NowVertical Group Appoints Andre Garber as Interim CEO of the Company

NowVertical Group's (NOW.V) board of directors appointed Andre Garber, the company's chief development officer as interim chief executive officer of the company, effective immediately, it said late Thursday.

Garber is also the co-founder of the business, said the company.

"He will be supported in his role by NowVertical's strong and experienced senior leadership team, including market leaders Santiago Trogolo, EVP LATAM and Shailesh Mallya, EVP Solutions & Services, as well as Pankaj Ghag, EVP Program Delivery and Operations," said the company.

The company's former CEO Sandeep Mendiratta has concluded his tenure as CEO, said the company and added that the board, led by Chair Elaine Kunda, has started a search for a permanent CEO.

"In a dynamic and ever-evolving business environment, the Board has maintained a well-established track record of ensuring NowVertical has the right leaders in place to support the growth of business," said Elaine Kunda, Board Chair. "We are grateful to Andre for his continued stewardship while we transition to new leadership at an exciting time in our history as a company."

Lundin Gold Distributes 50.5-Million LunR Royalties Shares Through Dividend

Lundin Gold (LUG.TO) after trade Thursday said it completed the distribution of 50.5 million shares of LunR Royalties (LUNR.V) to its shareholders through a dividend in kind.The distribution was made on Thursday to shareholders of record as of June 4. The shares were acquired by Lundin Gold on May 28 as part of a silver stream agreement with LunR Royalties. Under a separate agreement signed in April, Lundin Gold committed to distributing these shares directly to its shareholders, the company said.Before the distribution, Lundin Gold owned about 41.8% of LunR's outstanding shares. Lundin Gold has no current intention to acquire additional securities of LunR," the company added.

ZYUS Life Sciences Announces Strategic Realignment to Prioritize Drug Development

ZYUS Life Sciences (ZYUS.V) on Thursday announced a strategic realignment of its corporate structure and leadership as the clinical-stage drug developer sharpens its focus on core clinical development programs.The company said it will discontinue its international business development activities, a move aimed at reducing overhead costs and redirecting resources toward its non-opioid pain management drug development pipeline. Market Chatter: H&R REIT in Talks About a Potential Sale to Blackstone, Bloomberg Reports

H&R Real Estate Investment Trust (HR-UN.TO) is in discussions with Blackstone about a potential sale of the REIT, Bloomberg News reported Thursday.Citing "people with knowledge of the matter", the news service said the talks follow on negotiations last year involving H&R, Blackstone, TPG Inc. and Crestpoint Real Estate Investments that fell apart.The report said hedge fund K2 & Associates Investment Management is pushing the REIT to explore a sale.Bloomberg said Blackstone declined to comment on the potential acquisition, while H&R didn't reply to a request for comment.H&R units closed up C$0.90, or 8.6%, to $11.39 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.(Market Chatter news is derived from conversations with market professionals globally.
