Nova (NVMI) said Thursday its Nova WMC platform was selected by a global foundry customer as tool-of-record for multiple layers' measurement in advanced packaging processes.
The company said the selection is expected to support multiple advanced packaging production flows and position Nova for further deployment as the customer expands production capacity.
