Nordic Group Buys Back More Shares

Nordic Group (SGX:MR7) bought back 116,000 shares in the open market on Monday for SG$67,608, a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange said.

The wastewater treatment company has been mandated to buy back 39.8 million shares under its current mandate.

Redco Healthy Living Warns of Possible Change in Shareholding; Shares Fall 4%

Redco Healthy Living's (HKG:2370) controlling shareholder, Redco Properties (HKG:1622), may reduce its stake in the company to 51% from 75% after the receivers proposed selling part of the pledged shares to China Billion International, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.Shares of the Redco Healthy Living were down nearly 4% in Tuesday morning trade.The proposed sale involves a 24% stake, or 48 million shares, for HK$45.1 million through a partial set-off against outstanding debt owed by Redco Properties.The company said the receivers may proceed with the transaction by Tuesday unless Redco Properties repays the outstanding facility in full, finds an alternative buyer, or raises objections with reasonable grounds.

Austem to Retire KRW4.35 Billion in Treasury Shares

Austem (KOSDAQ:031510) plans to retire 2.91 million treasury shares, valued at 4.35 billion won.The shares will be retired on June 5 at a par value of 500 won apiece, according to a Tuesday filing from the South Korean automobile parts manufacturer on the Korea Exchange.Shares of Austem fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
