Nomura Real Estate Master Fund (TYO:3462) has agreed to enter into a new unsecured commitment line agreement totalling 40 billion yen with four banks.
The facility will be available from Sept. 24, 2026, through Sept. 22, 2027, and replaces an existing agreement expiring on Sept. 18, 2026.
Proceeds are earmarked for property acquisitions, debt and bond repayments, deposit returns, and related expenses, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Tuesday.
The four lenders providing the facility are MUFG Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., Mizuho Bank, and Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank.
