Nomura Real Estate Master Fund (TYO:3462) said it will procure 26.1 billion yen in debt financing to repay existing borrowings totaling 27.1 billion yen, maturing on Aug. 26.
The new financing, which will be drawn down on Aug. 26 and mature between three and seven years, will be unsecured and unguaranteed, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
The loans include an 8.4 billion yen green loan, a 3.5 billion yen sustainability-linked loan, and a 2.5 billion yen fixed-rate loan, and the fund will cover the remaining 1 billion yen of the refinancing requirement with cash on hand.
