Nomura Real Estate Master Fund (TYO:3462) has filed to issue up to 50 billion yen in unsecured domestic investment corporation bonds, according to a Thursday filing with the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The bonds, which will carry a minimum denomination of 100 million yen each, are slated for issuance between Sept. 29, 2026, and Sept. 28, 2027.
Proceeds will be used to acquire specific assets, repay debt, redeem investment corporation bonds, cover deposits and repair costs, and fund working capital.
No collateral or guarantee will be attached to the bonds, and no reserve fund will be established.
