Nippon Accommodations Fund (TYO:3226) has agreed to borrow a total of 5.5 billion yen from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Kiraboshi Bank, and Hachijuni Nagano Bank, with loan drawdown scheduled for May 29, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.The REIT said the loans carry floating interest rates based on JBA Japanese Yen TIBOR plus a spread, with maturities ranging from August 2026 to May 2033.Proceeds will be used to repay existing borrowings, including a 2 billion yen loan from Sumitomo Mitsui Trust, another 2 billion yen from Chugoku Bank and 1.5 billion yen from Hachijuni Nagano Bank.Total interest-bearing debt remains unchanged at 173.7 billion yen following the transaction.
